Unexpectedly good movies

One for the sci-fi fans. I watched Arrival over three sessions this week (It's over 2 hours long) I nearly gave up on it half way through but a 3 o'clock in the morning wide awake period last night I decided to finish it, really glad I did as it has a really good fast paced finish which you could not see coming.

My middle of the night waking periods through my life has seen me watch many an obscure film that I would not have watched at 9 o'clock at night.

Not exactly good but for mindless entertainment after the pub I quite enjoyed the latest Robin Hood film on Netflix. Reviews are awful but for mindless action it is ok
