So we've got a buffet in our office to celebrate the Jubilee and people are now taking it upon themselves to eat their homemade sarnies at the desk (normally not allowed).

Why people eat tuna sandwiches is beyond me!! They stink! Like really bad, I feel actually sick! Tuna steak doesn't smell of the same stuff but this tinned crap is revolting!

Rant over

Oh wait here come the eggs!!!

I love tinned tuna! As someone who lifts weights, it's a staple in my diet. Could quite happily eat it straight out of the can but am partial to it mixed with sweetcorn and salad cream (NOT mayo!) and served with a jacket spud.

But you're right, it smells a bit.

When I left an old employer, sorry he transferred me, I emptied a bag of marks and spencer prawns into his radiator. It was one of these ones which blows out hot air!

Apparently his office was humming for months!!!

I was originally going to put half a dozen whole fish in the roof space but I couldn't reach the roof tiles!

He was a plank of a man!

Yuk!! You lot make me sick HAHA

I understand the nutrional value of it, one of my work mates eats it everyother day without the stench! I'm sure some people do something to anger the tuna to enhance the smell!

Give me turkey and chicken anyday for my source of protein!!

Your doing it wrong!!
You need salad cream and Mayo!

Tuna is my favourite food. Love it! Always make sure you buy it in spring water and not brine, stinks less.

Sorry, you're both doing it wrong!

Mixed with coleslaw and served up with a huge plate of salad. Jacket potato also sounds good though.

For max protein forget the mayo and mix/moisten it with cottage cheese, pure protein that way no fat in it at all.
