Training aid advise please

hi,,,ive watched a utube clip from ,,,,,Ask the Experts section ,,,,Miles Golf Swing question

in the second utube clip down he as a yellow devise fixed to his club

i was wondering what its called & what's it do

do you have one & has it help you

miles is a 8hcp which means he's doing something right

if you don't mind could you take a look please ,,,i need all the help i can get cheers

(the slow motion is brilliant) can tell you the camera he uses is about 250 /350 pounds

Its called 'Swingyde' and it fits to the shaft of your club. Available widely at retail outlets. I've never used one so can't comment on how effective it is.

Never really seen the need for training aids (sorry Bob) other than a couple of clubs on the ground every now and then. To check alinement.
