Tour players playing ilegal drivers?

that's like saying "i saw a bloke get shot today but I'm not saying who done it"

does that mean he wasn't shot?

So by your thinking, you wouldn't inform the referee if you were playing in a comp and you knew your opponent was playing an illigal club?

If he knows names or manufacturers who are "cheating" like he says he should say who rather than throw idle gossip out there like a Trump.

no I'm saying just because he isnt highlighting who's does it doesn't make it drivel. he could be telling 100% truth.

i know a natural bodybuiler that cheated on drugs. i won't say who it is but i he still does

I agree, but if you are going to make such "claims" put out the evidence, and give the rules bodies the information to punish those cheating.
All the anonimous claims just lead many to think they are all cheating, whether any are or not.

i completey agree. i just disagree that it has to be drivel because he hasn't done so.

id take it as unfounded knowledge. food for thought

This video should not have been made, should have taken it straight to the authorities and let them punish cheats if found to be doing something against the rules.

This video achieves nothing other than to confuse and cause greater mistrust than was needed.

A cheat caught gives me confidence, a cheat suggested gives me suspicion.

He probably saw how much success Mark Crossfield had "calling out" manufacturers, wanted to jump on the bandwaggon and thought "why not up the ante while I'm at it?".

I found it interesting, logical & believable TBH. If there is any doubt about this a simple club test at the end of a round would soon stop it.
If I understood correctly, they can't test a driver once it's been hit as the face is thereafter manipulated, made thinner and more springy. So, they can only test the clubs for their original COR value before it is used. A test after a round wouldn't count.
If true, it's a big loophole. Also a good reason not to replace your driver too often. Use it until the face is worn out and just make sure it's about to crack just after the Club Championship 😀
