While it would be wrong to take the mickey out of those with strange-sounding names from foreign climes which might leave we Brits struggling a touch, Tappers and I have noted a couple with particularly tricky monikers playing in Switzerland this week.

So my question to you is, which is the better of these two crackers from Thailand...

Was watching the World junior Champs from Vilamoura on Sky last night and one of the Thai kids had the first name "Bandit", very unfortunate for a golfer, and yes he did win.

Youd be better off out trying out them new wedges you got :D..They are both from the famous KUL golfing dynasty over there, seemingly 14th cousins or something

That's nothing.
Began teaching a Sri Lankan Girl to drive last week. Everyone calls her Ayo. Her actual name is 5 words with 43 letters in total!
The Driving Examiner is going to have to write very small letters to get it all on her pass certificate......

Did you see the obnoxious kid with the green striped top? Slamming his club into the ground when he didn't hit a perfect shot and going totally OTT with yells and fist pumps when he holed a putt, even a short tap in was greeted with a wild gesturing........his dad was just as bad and was filmed shaking his head in disappointment when his sons opponent holed a putt.........not a very good advert for any young kids watching.
Made my day when he lost by 1 point to the young English lad..... :)

We had a Sri Lankan nurse with something similar - 5 names and 66 letters. They called her Mary for short
