I would just like to say a big thanks to these guys for the return of my 910h in just over a week. Sent it back thru my pro as the paint work had chipped on the crown ,after an email to them they said to send it back thru my pro which i did, well today i picked it up , it has a brand new head on it still in the wrapper.

Happy days and again a big thanks.

Nice one. I had a good experience with Callaway as well, my Driver shaft snapped so I sent it back to Callaway who put me a new one in FOC also it was the real mccoy as well and not a made for version. It's in the naughty box at the moment and the Titleist 910D2 is in the bag.

Is your pro a titliest dealer? What sort of turn around was it? What information did they ask from you?

My e-mail has told me to take it back to where I purchased it, for them to return it to Titleist.

Yep, I had a great experience with Titleist on another matter, the are pro.

Hawkeye went up there for a C/F and I'm sure he got his quicker. Great when a company pulls out all the stops and sort a problem out without any quibbles

No problems mate, my pro is a Titliest dealer as where i bought it from, they asked for proof of purchase with the date on it so they check on the warranty, my pro dealt with everything ,it was a 7 day including the weekend turn around so happy days, a brand new head in the wrapper ,cant ask for better.

Indeed, mine were ordered Monday and delivered the following Wednesday.

Can't say im surprised, my dealings with them have left me thinking they are a fantastci company, I would say the same about Callaway too to be honest.
