hello all, could anyone give me an indication of when the 2010 vokey wedges and 2010 AP1s will be on sale?

They were supposed to be on the marketmid November. A friend has just got his custom fitted AP1s, but I think the shops are still waiting stock.
I have been promised a shot of a demo set of AP2s but they aren't avaiable yet.

My pro can't get the new version of the AP's until early January. I think the new wedges are out in AG though

Why not check with your local friendly Pro or, failing that, your local retailer ??

About now someone at our club already has 2010 AP1's.

I don't know about 2010 wedges. Remember the groove change comes into effect next year, so I presume the 2010 wedges will not spin as well as the 09 ones. I suppose the same goes for the short & medium irons in the AP1's.

As their website suggests, Vokey wedges will be available in January 2010 and can be supplied with either the new type or older type grooves.
AG are flogging the old version (ie non-conforming 2010 grooves for £49 (at Birds Hill anyway)

As I uynderstand it, they can flog the old version for all of 2010, provided it was assembled this year.

I'm sure they can sell them until stocks run out - regardless how long it takes. The new rules don't affect us for 15 years at least (probably more) and things will have moved on considerably by then.
