These T250 Launch have about 4.5 degrees less loft than than the T250,s. Reviews look great for people with my swing speed however is it just putting a different number on the club?
I’m all for more spin, higher ball flight and steeper decent angle ect.

You need to try them and not focus on loft specifically.

I added 3 of them to a blended set of 150's fitted at Titleist. My 7 iron is 34 degrees (standard 35) and that is where a 7 iron should be in my opinion.

5 -7 iron 1 degree strong in T250*, plus 8-GW 2 degree weak in T150 - 4 degree gapping 26 - 50 across 7 irons.

How do you find the launch on the 250 star?
I’ve had a set of 150,s for some time and love them but the extra spin and height in the 250 longer irons would probably benefit me.

The new T150’s are lighter too and compared with my previous generation, which I still have, their launch is improved.

Launch was my issue with 6 iron and longer which the 250* have cured and I am at a perfect (for me) peak height and land angle across the set now. They absolutely improve launch, with ease. I’m toying with getting back into a 4 iron from the improvements I’ve experienced.

My ego wants me to maintain a full set of T150’s, but my game disagrees…

Looks like the t250launch only go to a 5iron so maybe the t350 would be good for the 4iron

Yes, that is the potential plan.

I've a hybrid/fairway/driver fitting in a couple of weeks, so see if there's a gap I need to fill.

The thing about long irons is I love them when hitting well, but a hybrid is currently in the bag, so may stay - choices...

So I tried a T250 Launch at John Reay golf centre in Coventry.
A 7 iron set at 1 degree upright and with the same AMT red shaft as my T150,s.
I hit a few balls with my 7iron then switched to the 250. First thing I noticed was it felt lighter and you notice the extra loft. The ball launches high effortlessly, even on low strikes. Into a headwind I’d say it was coming up well short. It probably compares to my 8iron rather than the 7.
Not sure they will benefit my game to be honest. I might just add a T350 5 iron to my set for now

The new 150’s are lighter, so matched with them, they seem to work well.

My 250’s HL are shorter that my old 250’s, so I’d say I agree with your findings. The advantage was I got back into to a 5 iron and although it travels same distance as my old 250 6 iron, but land angle works miles better and consistency is also so much better.

It’s probably a new set to get the benefits required, rather than mixing generations.

I’d still absolutely prefer to play with a full set if 150’s, but as said, my current game won’t let me.

I found them very forgiving and therefore confidence inspiring. I’m a relatively short hitter myself for a low handicapper. My 7 iron carries 140 this time of year. Going to old school lofts means I’d be hitting the 6 😂
