Titleist 4 for 3 deal

So.....does anyone get anything humorous or unusual printed on their 4 for 3 balls?

I have a custom number, which arrive in about 5 days usually. Custom text takes a month and that annoys me.

I also get a custom number on a single box order, just incase you save another thread on that one.

I used to get my initials printed on my ad333s back when I played them but now I just bought a crossed hammers stamp and stamp each box .. mix up the numbers so they aren't 2 of the same in each sleeve so can throw a sleeve in the back and know their all different

The two Christian names of my daughter usually. I’ve even had a couple of them returned after losing them. One by a lad that was in her class at primary school.

The TM Stripe are numbered 1, 2, 3 and 5, so that does my head in. I swap a few boxes across to have a box full of 1's, 2's etc.

Fair enough, but the likelihood of anyone else playing a 66, with an orange dot is pretty unlikely. Me hitting my provisional anywhere near by first ball, I about 200 million to one so works fine for me.

Lol you say that, I managed to push an avx the other day into the gorse I thought.. so I hit another was like "that's further" both within a foot of each other the other side of the gorse

Only if you compare apples to oranges, it's not a fair comparison if you take the cheapest possible discount price for seed (although when I looked they advertise £25 with a subscription, but it's £29 when in the cart), but over the RRP for Titleist. Anyone selling Pro v1s for £55 is selling them for more than the RRP set by Titleist, unless they're personalised, or special number balls.

With no discounts Seed is £35 per dozen, as per their website.
With no discounts the RRP for Pro v1s is £52 and AVX is £43.

In the real world even without deals not many people are paying the above prices, however with the current deal:
If you buy 4 dozen, Seed are £128 (£32 each) if you buy 5 dozen £150 (£29 each).
If you buy 4 dozen Titleist Pro v are £150 (£37.50 each) and AVX £120 (£30.00 each).

So buying 4 dozen pro v1s is £22 more than 4 dozen Seed, and AVX is actually £8 cheaper, if you buy 5 dozen seed to get the max discount, then the equivalent 4 dozen would be £4 cheaper than AVX.
You can subscribe to Seed, but then you need to order at least 3 dozen every subscription period otherwise you don't get free shipping, and have to add £5.99, which then makes them effectively £32 a dozen.

If you prefer Seed balls that's all good, but the actual price difference is way less £65, that wouldn't look so good on their marketing though.
