That is what I meant if they had any evidence proper good evdence rather than this wild speculation, he couldn't close it down with an injunction. The Injuction must have been about something more personel.

The injunction relates to the publication of any photos that might appear of Tiger without any clothes on or up to no good with one of his chicks, does it not?

That's my understanding, Troy. Unless he's also got one of those new super-injunctions that no one's even allowed to admit the existance of!
