Ticket prices !!

My other half and I have been avid theatre goers since back in the day when we saw the original Evita production about 1977. Now with 2 grandchildren we'd love to take them to see some shows. So, after receiving an email from Ticketmaster I checked for 4 tickets in September for the Lion King, when they were kindly offering 'no booking fees'

4 seat in the stalls about half way back - over £600 !!!!

No reductions anymore for children. Add train fares and food etc a trip to the theatre around £750

Absolutely can't happen and a whole generation of potential theatre goers potentially lost forever.

Any views?

WOW !!! We saw it about 20 years ago. I still get emotional when I think about it. (Not the play, although it was awesome, but the situation at the time). What a brilliant day !!!!!
