Thunderstorms forecast - to play or not to play?

After 8 of us got blasted onto our backs by a very near strike in May'89 you won't catch me on a course at the first sign of lightning. Brolley totally demolished, deaf for half an hour....scary stuff.

A good website i always use just before going out for a round is

Its actual Radar footage, and is only a 3 hour forecast, but has been very accurate every time i've used it - even down to the rain starting at the time it says!

I've got my 1st round Titleist FJ Match tomorrow at home.
neither of us can cancel as either of us can claim the match.
Glad I've got rain gloves and a full galvin green set.

I have my second round today. Course closed now is back open, don't really want to play as weather is awful but don't want to concede.
