It takes me about a month to adjust to the time switch.
Mrs H hates it. But that’s because for a few days I alter the odd clock an hour or so either way. Apparently, I’m just bloody stupid. Well, she’s right occasionally…

I just find the whole idea of moving clocks forward and backward just mind bogglingly stupid.
There's just no good reason for it.
"Back in the day" myself and a work colleague used to give blood whenever we could - always in our lunch hour. Afterward we'd politely refuse the customary cup of tea and head off to a husband and wife back street pub that did incredible pink roast beef and horseradish crusty bread sarnies and, on my Dad's advice, a pint of Guinness for "the iron".I used to give blood but not any more. Not the reason why I don’t now, but it used to make me feel awful afterwards. It used to drain out of me like the nurse had opened a valve on a 1/2” pipe. Made me go really light headed for a couple of hours.

I'm pleased to say that fuel increases have had no effect on me. I still only put £25 worth in every time.I syphoned the fuel out of my neighbour's car for nowt!
That puts me £6 ahead of the game.
