Wearing my light jacket today. Spring is here!
Looking forward to going out today, it was still cold here yesterday (mainly due to wind direction) .

BMW drivers eh!Coming back from Edinburgh earlier, on the bridge some tw@t in a X5 up my arse all the way across. Flashing his lights (I was already doing 75) and raging in my mirror.
Came off the bridge and moved across and the eejit draws level to hurl abuse, so decided to play a wee game of not letting him pass (childish but seeing him rage more was making my evening). The look of confusion on his face that my 3 series was easily pacing him, he knew he was toast when we hit the long straight and I gave him a wee wave.
Well if you have these instead it means you just buggered up your holiday! I should know, I'm sitting in it on my balcony!Does anyone know what these small yellow discs indicate? Not sure I've seen them before...

The golf course is south of the Town, it really is a massive open green space that leads into Beverley. A lovely entrance to Beverley.I've only been once, parked in the big car park by the station. Didn't see the golf course.
My daughter is down in Hull at the moment, doesn't like Hull. Beverley is her place of escape, and of her friends![]()
Built like a stone church house?Handsome was he?
Good luck to Mrs H Brian. I stopped in the '70's and only gave up 1 cigarette - the next one. It's still around somewhere if I ever need itMrs H has struggled with a very nasty, wet coGugh since the nasty virus got her early January. On Thursday she finally acknowledged that she was struggling to get up the hill where we live. Once upon a time she was a fitness/dance instructor doing 20+ sessions a week, and a year ago she got up the hill like a spring lamb, way ahead of me. Everything about her smacked superfit for her age.
On Thursday she made a decision to give up smoking. But rather than a dead stop she’s set mile stones she’s aiming for. It’s only 4 days she’s halved her consumption, and has already allocated targets for the next week. Knowing how she’s approached this in the past, and how many times she’s failed, I’m more than pleased.
Hope she continues to the finish. My last one was December 31, 1972.Mrs H has struggled with a very nasty, wet cough since the nasty virus got her early January.
