So I have been playing for about 2 months now and hit thin and fat and I read in a book that it might be because of a in to out swing path that I think I have. Is this true and if it is any drills to help me get rid of it!!
i doubt that the in to out would be the fault personally
Thin and fat shots can be caused by posture changes basically you are changing your swing plane and hitting behind the ball (fat ) and rasing up ( thin )
Look at your posture, legs, and keep it all stable without height change or sway
