So we can't reveal the thief's identity because it breaches her patient confidentiality? Whoever refused to tell should be done for assisting an offender.

at least the surgery acted and got the pram back- I do understand patient confidentiality but as clearly stated it cannot be used to hinder the police

We have a charter for crime over here , we park our car on a yellow line and the law jumps on us ............and these people ., I just leave it at that and not say anymore .........
