RIP 80 stiff shaft (85gms) with infinitely better TM grip over last years poor grip efforts.

Out of interest, that seemed to take a while to turn up given how long ago the fitting was. did you have an unusual spec or was it just a case of waiting for TM supplies to catch up with demand?

Unusual spec and demand were the culprits, the fujikura motore shaft that I was originally fitted for was discontinued so had to give the ok for this shaft, it feels lovely I have to say. Dont get me wrong, you will be able to order this combination, but I think initially the RIP 70 stock shafts were more commonly available.
The drivers turned up ages ago as it was a more standard shaft that I was hitting well, same for the other guys I guess.

Its the TP sticker, differentiates from stock and TP models as the heads are the same but have non standard shafts. Its off already

Looks like it's a Tour Preferred sticker - perhaps it's got a TP head?

dont tell me it was one of those stickers they put on the front of fridges etc that leave a stupid mark. you would think manufactuers would learn by now.

Thought the heads were the same, but the TP versions have a slightly stiffer shaft and a TP tip

Nah the sticker was affixed onto the plastic cover, all off now
