Our 1st Jack is 2, 3 on the 19th March.

The wife Emma said it was alot easier this time round. Even easier for me, went through a pack of Jaffa cakes in half hour, needed the energy!!!!

I recommend the use of a gym ball for the wife leaning over it, let gravity do all the work.
