The Bagman - Colin Byrne

Anyone read The Bagman by Colin Byrne (Retief Goosens former caddy). I have been trying to buy it for a few months as a gift for my father in law.

It had a good review in a newspaper.

I have been unable to find it other than on amazon marketplace where the prices are silly. If anyone has read it and can confirm the review and assist with a seller I would be obliged.
