Was in my favourite location, up in the roof, putting my old tv up there (might need it, you never know). Had done the tough bit, getting the pigging thing up there. Went to move it away from the hatch, and caught my toe nail with it. Have pretty much pulled it off. Claret every where.

On the bright side, I am now not going to cut the lawn.

Down side, I am out of Stella, so need to go to the offy.

Medal tomorrow.

You and that attic really don't see eye to eye do you..?

Could have been worse, you could have fallen out again...

Does the Offy deliver..
If not then time to get on to Tesco or similar..

Keeping old tv's? Really?

You'd spend £200 on a driver (I assume) which would make very little or no difference to your game. BUT if the tv broke, you'd rather revert back to the CRT rammed into th corner of the attic which you can no longer get to because there have been multiple Christmases since and you put the decorations in the way, than nip to tesco, asda, or any electrical store and buy a new one.

Hmmmm...also, if it breaks in 5 years, most items will be hdmi so won't even work lulz...ah well rant over

Hope the toe feels better soon.

Crisis partially over, I have found some cider in the back of the fridge.

The tv is a 28" flat screen, so if one of my tellys goes down, it could be useful. Also, can't be bothered to go to the dump.

Perfect for occasional garden tv! I have an old one I pull out for bbqs when the footy or f1 is on... As long as you can get enough shade on the screen, it's fantastic! We had 46" HD footy in the garden last year!

No, a new crisis has just begun if some cider you found in the fridge is seen as a worthy substitute for Beglium's finest invention.

It was 7.4 percent. Heavy stuff. I only found out after the first two.

Normality has returned. Back on the Stella.
