Yes Im well chuffed,and to achieve it in these conditions was unexpected.
also had 36 points to rub his nibs face in it as he only managed a paltry 23

So thats one of my 2012 targets met and its only just gone January

Time to do something about this handicap

To be fair he was trialing a new stiff shaft in a 910 D2 Driver, and it didnt go particularly well for him

The Driving was a total experiment - got to spend some time on the range seeing if it works and, to be honest, as the short game was a lottery I wasn't concentrating on geting the ball in the hole.
When you chip from 10 yards, it pitches less than halfway and bounds on another 10 there's better things to think about.
I hit the ball well, apart from the driving, put the ball where I wanted to but scoring was not on the menu.

Credit to Fragger, although he had some extraordinary fortune on occasions and a shot on our par 3 12th that I'm going to have to look at GoogleEarth to work out what angle he hit the ball at - more than 45 degrees right, possibly way more.

Having done my own research, it looks to be some 37 degrees off the centre line, however I still got down for 4 and 2 points

i had 1 x 4 pointer (4/4 si3), 4 x 3 pointers, 7x 2 pointers and 6x 1 pointers

Putter was working really well, going to be similar conditions tomorrow, so see if I can repeat the process
