A zone of my Underfloor heating stopped working so I called a few local heating Engineers who said they don't do underfloor heating systems. It started to sound like a specialist job with a hefty bill.

I had a look on YouTube and after an hour or so learned quite a bit about Underfloor heating manifolds and possible problems.
I removed the panels boxing the controls and found a pin in the return valve had jammed. A soak with WD40 and some manipulation with a pair of long nosed pliers freed it up and hey presto it was working again. What a relief 🙂

Yep. it's gold for some things.
Front forks of my pub bike were vibrating under braking the other day. Consulted the tube and followed an excellent vid to adjust them.
It's really useful for all bike maintenance stuff. There aren't many people trying to get empty stats in that world!

A YouTube video has saved me £100s. My retractable Audi MMI screen went blank, yet the functions all worked. Turns out its a commonish problem where the wires break due to continual in-out mechanism. Job entailed trim removal, bolts out, vents out and MMI out. Strip out the wire around the break, solder in some new wire, heat shrink and the replace all. Two hours job, all done successfully. Hope it lasts!!!
