Texas Scamle uneven team numbers

A mixed Texas Scramble is about to be played at my club..with 10 teams of 4 (two men, two women) handicap allowance worked out as..Total of all 4 X 15% e.g. total handicap 86 X 15% strokes received 12.9..for all 10 teams, no problem,,BUT there is one team of only 3 players 2men 1woman total handicap 59 allowance still 15% strokes received 8.85..MMM..How can they possibly have a chance...Only "3 bites of the apple" and not 4 yet the same handicap allowance..IS THERE A WAY OR WORKING HANDICAPS OUT TO ALLOW FOR THIS IMBALANCE..

What about giving them another third?

When weve played it in the past, teams of 4 got a 1/10th of the combined handicap whilst teams of 3 got a 1/6th of theirs.
