Nice little profit after buying it from Adidas

TM has done well under private equity, combination of better strategy and luck with the pandemic. 4 years is typical for a PE house to exit. I worked for one of the bidders when Adidas was selling TM, it was very interesting.

I’m guessing Adidas sold it for the same reason bike ceased club production.

The investment company clearly made some good decisions along the line and c19 was just the icing on the cake.

I wonder if the conspiracy theorist blame taylormade for the global pandemic...
