Ive had one for around 2 years and still use it. My coach recommended it to me. Firstly 20 quid for a bit of plastic is alot of money!
However, if you struggle with wrist hinge or are open or shut at the top it will help.
The good thing about it is that you can hit balls with it.

Not sure if its capable of that!
One of the few (probably) gizmos I've not tried. Always thought you'd look a touch conspicuous at a range wearing one of those. I can see the merit in it but not for me
