Great training aid IMO. Really helps you set the correct position with your wrist set and rotation at the top of the backswing.

I found it useful and had it on a club I had lying around for when I went into one of our fields with the dogs and just knocked a few tennis balls around for them. I found it helped me get in a good position at the top of my swing. Was not too bothered by the follow through position as I change that for different shots.

Hi! I would, but I only have a DSLR camera without video and the video on my phone is terrible quality! There seem to be quite a few videos on YouTube of it in operation - there's a guy called Mark (Crossfield??) who puts loads of instructional videos on YouTube and his little review of it is really good and informative!

I admit I am a bit of a gadget freak but they have to do a few things:
1) Have a known purpose that will help the individual
2) Allow you to hit balls using it
3) Provide instant and accurate feed back.
I don't think its much good for swing plane issues, but for the correct wrist action its the mutts nuts IMO.

The plane is its main focus
Don't agree that it helps with plane a great deal but is great for correct wrist hinge however (which does have some influence on plane I admit).
