Not to mention that he has qualified Arsenal every year for the Champions league despite moving to a new ground.
LOL. So moving to a new stadium is a major hindrance to performance? I've heard a lot of shite from Arsenal supporters, but that's got to be the best yet.

I would say finances have a direct correlation to performances if you look at the evidence. The more money (net) spent on the stadium the less money avaiable for the squad. I would have thought that was common sense?!

After the way Boro got rid of Southgate when he wasn't doing that badly I am glad to see it didn't work out for them.

Strachan will pick up another managers job soon no doubt.

Its said that Mowbray is favourite to replace GS at Boro. I hope that move works out as I liked the football he managed during his time at West Brom. Hopefully whoever gets the job will get Kris Boyd fit and firing the goals as Scotland need him....

Shame,I wouldn't have minded Gibson giving the wee bawbag longer to see just how low he could have taken them.

I said it months back that the man is a fud, what Gibson ever seen in him escapes me,he must have thought that he did a great job at Celtic when anyone who follows Scottish fitbaw knows he didny.Who ever takes over has a huge job ahead with the team of deadwood he has purchased...most of it from the SPL.

As a Leeds fan it was fairly painful seeing the game on Saturday.

In imho Boro didn't play that badly (for the league we are in) but just lacked a bit of spark.

Still a legend at Elland Road and our fans let him know that but his managerial career seems to be going backwards.

He could probably do with some time at a League 1 outfit and try to build a team.
