Struggling

Last Monday I tweaked something in the back of my left hand whilst at the range
Tried to swing a club today and - wow its still sore.
Hoping to play in the Stableford on wednesday but it's not looking good. Then got another game booked for friday and that might not happen either.
Havn't bothered with the Doc's - rest it, ice it, ibuprofen it, yadda yadda.

Anyone got an oxygen tent?

I get this issue with my left hand at times to Imurg......Its sometimes a trapped nerve ive been told by the doc....No swelling just good old pain.......Try getting HID's to give it a good massage for you....It might work.....Thats about all iv got on the subject im afraid

When I did it at the range I was only a 1/4 way through my bucket and they don't give refunds so I hit the rest one-handed. Struggled with the driver - just too damn long. Short irons - too heavy. 3 and 5 wood - ok but still a bit long.

20 degree hybrid - well, if I worked on technique a bit..
I was getting 150 yards carry with it!!

18 months now and my injured wrist is still very fragile... probably needs a rest

The pain used to be so severe that I'd sometimes just let go of the club on the downswing. Hope you make a speedy recovery.

I've just started to get this as well, on takeaway as the wrist begins to break. Bothers me for about 10 mins then goes away. I've only been playing five seconds!!! Hope it heals soon imurg that will give us both a crumb of comfort.

I did my right arm in at Hankley Common last August. Brought on a repetition of a bout of tennis elbow I had suffered from a few years ago.
It's almost gone now though and I'm almost back to hitting the ball how I was before the "injury".
It's been bloody ages though. Almost a year
