Snooker World Champs 2020

6 world titles for the rocket, no doubt he's the greatest of all time.
Classy from Wilson, clapping Ronnie as he knocked in frame ball.

Certainly the most talented, but needs 7 imo and even then going by his own reviews of the youngsters it could be argued that's not enough as he hasn't done it all whilst agsint the greats....

That being said, if he finds a cueing action, watch out!

Even Hendry will happily admit that o Sullivan is the greatest to have ever graced the sport, I've no idea what your point is.
I'd say he's probably one of our most gifted sportsmen ever.

I think there is a difference, maybe it is just semantics, but being the most talented doesn’t always mean greatest.

Look at golf, we judge it in the Majors only. For snooker it’s world titles.

Good job he's more than just the most talented then.

And you seriously want me to belive that Tod Hamilton is a better golfer than Monty, Westwood, Case etc? ???

Winning one of something doesn't get you in a discussion re greatest. But once you get to the top, major trophies are commonly used as the deciding factor.

Before I took up golf snooker was my main sport having followed as much as possible from the mid 60s I personally rate Ronnie as the best ever but much much like golf he is the best ever in his own time eg no one got near Joe Davis overall or Alex Higgins for shear genious of cue ball control and both played in the days of crystalate balls which took some really hard work to get the sort of control you see these days with super crystalate balls.

Of which O'Sullivanhas more than anyone else.
The world championship is the only trophy in snooker, but we’re going in circles here. Personally with the lack of depth atm and his undeniable talent, I think the only way he doesn’t get 8 is if he gets in his own way. Which has always been the case tbh.

No circles, he's the greatest ever and we are lucky to have seen him.
Selby has 3 titles but there are several players you'd rank ahead of him.
