Never really the type of guy who takes warming up very serious when it comes to the golf until I got this thing

Safe to say the SKLZ tempo trainer has got me out on the course feeling relaxed and loose after maybe 10 swings

It was £50 from amazon, cheaper alternatives available on eBay; been using it through the winter and using it for as little as a couple of minutes before my first tee shot has worked wonders

A random post for the forum but it's helped me so only thought I'd share

These devices are great for when there’s no range as I need at least 10 balls to get my muscles firing properly. I take my orange whip version to every course without a range Or if I’m running late and 5-10 swings and I feel as if I can fire.......even if it is in the wrong direction!
