Sergio loses it

He's only human!

Frustration and boiling point well and truly reached!

Double standards here!
If Poulter or Tiger had done that there would be some serious slagging off going on. I saw Sergio do this live and thought he'd completely lost the plot, whole world watching, hope he was fined, or given the kick up the kyber he needed.

I don't think he needs to be fined. I think their is enough punishment going on in his head. He's going to take time out, and he obviously needs to.

He's obviously learned from previous mistakes. He's realised that firing a shoe at someone and knocking a billboard with a driver are not the answer.

The answer, knock seven bells out a bunker with your sandwedge......very satisfying :D ;)

Most of us would be pretty happy with that result from a deepish bunker!
Vastly different expectations clearly between us and the pros.

Even when I took 5 to get out of a bunker the other week I didn't behave like that. yes I know its frustrating, he's been going through a rough patch etc but it is an impetuous side of Garcia I thought he'd grown out of. To be honest he reminds me of Basil Fawlty bashing the car with a branch the way he's flailing around. He looks a numpty.

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone . At least he didn't do an "airwolf" like some people I know

I was actualy pretty calm about the whole thing. I single putted for my nine and didn't swear once. OK I stood on the 18th and tried to hit the green and promptly hit a low hook into the crap but that was beside the point

Sometimes a helicopter HAS to happen.

Its a great release! In more ways than one!!!

Give him dipers and a small toy and you will see no difference to that of a two year old...

Pathetic.

I can get very pissed off and have slammed a club, but not as a pro and role model on the USPGA.

After all I'm just another idiot trying to play this (sometimes frustrating) game...
