Screen Flickering?

Maybe it's something I've done(?)but the only time my screen flickers and goes down(but does come up)is when I'm on this site......anyone else getting this?
Also I'm having to sign in every 2nd/3rd time rather than being in permanently......do you think that I've upset someone upstairs??
