Scotgolfshop.com - Problem

Hi all ... I am having issues with the above and was wondering if anyone else has any experience of them.

On the 23rd October I ordered a pair of Adidas Tour 360 4.0 in size 9 through their website (www.scotgolfshop.com) and duly paid for them and received a confirmation of my order. The following day I was advised via email that these shoes were no longer in stock and I would receive a refund.

To date, I still have not received a refund and have sent numerous emails with only a sporadic response from them, that firstly they had refunded me and secondly they would investigate this and get back to me.

As you can imagine, I am beginning to lose patience with these guys and would like any suggetions you can give me as to my next course of action ?

The above shop / site is connected to the Dumfries & Galloway Golf Club according to their website.

Another annoying thing, is that even though they told me they were out of stock, you can still order these shoes through their site ... so I'm thinking there must be guys in the same boat as me .. possibly ?? !!!!!

Any credit card company will reverse the charge back to them if they cannot prove they have shipped this, unfortunately the process takes around 30 days to complete

Alternatively use the telephone, or email them a link to this.

If its the same place as I have used in the past to buy a few shirts then they are a genuine company. Usually half decent service although the postage could be quicker.

Was it through ebay?

Hi guys .. I havent spoken to them on the phone as yet, I thought they would be half decent and sort this out by now. Will call them tomorrow as bit of a joke now.
