Caught this after reading the papers this morning. Words are hard to find but this highlights everything that is bad about religious justice

A vile country, and one that should be a pariah state, but we turn a blind eye to all their human rights abuses because we need their oil and their "support" in the region.

Maybe but at least we get it in front of a jury and convict the perpetrator, we don't just buy off a child's life for a few quid.

Think he is referring to the person who has just got 4 years for killing that guy with a single bunch

The fact that he was subsequently given a stiffer sentence doesn't alter the fact that he initially bought himself freedom.

Its shocking , but from what I know men have more rights then women , a lot more and things are changing but slowly as the women are fighting back , again down to education and there are now more educated women and they have already started fighting back . Money talks for the time being
