Had this delivered 3 days ago and only used on the practice green.
Absolutely as new still with stickers on.

I love it but got the 38" version and after practicing realise I need the 35" version.

Only selling to buy the 35" jobbie but will swap if anyone has the 35" and wants the 38"

Tried that and was told that as I'd removed the heat sealed plastic wrapping covering the head then it couldn't be returned.

It doesn't say anything about opening the packaging so I'd suggest you have every right to return.

That was my first thought too.
I took it to two different fitters and was told it's almost impossible to remove the 15" SuperStroke counterbalanced grip without destroying it, and that it's not available to get replacements for that exact grip anywhere.
I may still risk this solution though, but don't want to end up with a bodged frankenputter.

UPDATE

I contacted the company again this morning and was told they "might" forgo there strict ruling regarding the product still in unopened original packaging so long as it's in perfect condition. Which it is.
I have now returned today and they will examine it upon receipt on Monday.

I'll keep the thread open for now in case they change their mind and will update soon as I know more.
