Hi,
Just posting a question as to what I should do.
I bought some TM Burner 09's 2 months ago.
But 3 of the clubs have developed rust spots/stains on the faces of the clubs.
Now do I clean them somehow (and if so how?)
Or is this a fault on the clubs and they need to be returned to TM?
Help!

The second Image shows it against one of the clubs that haven't developed rust (Although I think it's about too)
Oh and btw I do try to wipe and clean my clubs after every match, but I have skipped it a couple of times.

Ive seen this before in mizunos etc, Id say you would need to dry them after every shot or round if you have time, failing that, get hold of one of the 3 in 1 club cleaners. They only cost a quid or two and between the nylon and the wire brush parts, one of them will remove the spots.

To me, that's what forged clubs do. It isn't unusual. They pick up little dings, and then they go rusty. I dry mine after every shot.

I agree. If they are that new they are still under warranty and there isn't anyway that should happen. I think the 09 Burner are cast but irrespective of that there shouldn't be that sort of marking coming through. Out of interest where did you get them as TM have a policy of returning goods via the retailer.

No, that looks like rust from underneath coming through or rusting up at the groove edges, suggesting a poor manufacturing process. If they are forged, they are plated and should not rust that quick. Don't rub them with anything abrasive as it will make it worse in the long run.
I would take them back to TM, without any doubt and don't be fobbed off.

They under warranty so take them back but.....

I have the same issue on my shaft and some Ajax cream and a plastic scourer has stopped the spread. Probably works better on club heads.
