greetings

many on here have had to battle back to get golf fit after surgery, so plenty of understanding available

my advice, take it easy, dont expect to play at the same standard you were and enjoy the fact that you can still play this wonderful game as many cant (y)

Hi and welcome.
Two years, wow, how fast were you going?
I hope all is now well, or at least heading in the right direction.

Welcome, and good luck to returning to full fitness. I too have the "back to golf after..." t-shirt. For me it was a free ride on the bonnet of a speeding car - smarted a tadge.

Welcome along. Plenty of the Mersey mafia on here so you'll find a load of local comrades on here Hope you're close to full fitness now, but take it easy and get the game and yourself ready to start 2019 fit and enthused and playing well. Winter golf is about getting the swing in a good place (for me at least)

Welcome aboard. Take things slowly to find out your limits. It's h never quite the same after a bad injury. Main thing is that you enjoy your golf 😀

Yes and trying to sleep with the sling on for 4 weeks, then 2 weeks while up and about, seemed a longtime to be able to get on bike and golf👍
