Result...return of stolen gear.

Winterfield golf club Dunbar, last summer my mate sold his set of KZG irons to another golfing mate. A few weeks later some thieving scum stole the gear along with the distinctive white KZG tour bag from outside the golf club. The guy was gutted until today when he identified his gear after the police raided the scumbags house while attempting to sell the gear on e-bay. Get it right up yeh. Its rare to see KZG gear on ebay and when the seller comes from the same area as they were stolen it narrows it down a bit...thick wit. Not many white tour bags on the go either come to think of it.

The good news, the police found other clubs in his home and it looks like some other guys will get their gear back also.

Nice one - its nice when scum bags get their just rewards.
Trouble is the judge will let them off with a slap on the wrist and £20 of HMV vouchers if they keep out of trouble

Why is that a result?

I agree its a result that the theiving scumbag has got the jail however our judicial system will have him back on the streets again tomorrow!

Also if the insurance paid out on your mates clubs then they now own the recovered bag and clubs!

Cant think of a single insurance company who would pay out for leaving your clubs unattended outside a club tbh, bastards wont pay for anything if they can help it.

Also been thieved from two Vokeys although not the same scale still a horrible feeling wouldn't wish it on anyone ( apart from the person who stole them) had to save for them too ! And now have no wedges for a comp this weekend !!!!
