We're all quick to make a noise when we're not happy with something, so only fair to give credit where it's due for great service...
I ordered a couple of pairs of trousers from Bunker Mentality, and when they turned up the size was too small, despite being a 32" waist, same as every other pair of trousers I own. (no, I haven't been on the pies).
I emailed them this morning, to say I was surprised and disappointed that their sizing seemed so far out, and that I was a bit miffed as I wanted to wear them this weekend.
Within a couple of hours they had phoned and emailed to say how sorry they were, and that they were sending the bigger sizes special delivery today (before I've returned the others), to make sure I could enjoy them at the weekend, and that all extra costs to return them would obviously be refunded.
Also, they said let us know how you get on, if you like them etc etc. They are also going to measure the ones I return to check they weren't mislabelled and talk to the production controller to check things are ok in thee factory.
THAT is customer service. No, I don't have links with them, other than I will probably be a continued customer after my positive experience. I wish all firms were more like that.
