So I have an old HP DV9000 laptop thats been sitting for ages with a common HP fault, the graphics chip overheated due to terrible design.
Tonight I stripped it and set about re-flowing the chipset. Done that and now when it starts up its giving me the HP boot logo which it never before, but there are vertical lines through the image. Also Operating System Not Found is coming up as Operating System Nod Feond...
Any ideas? Do I need to reflow it again?
