It looks identical to the shotsaver 500 I've got which has been very good. Mine's playing up a bit now due to getting wet but apart from that I'd say good value for 70 quid.

The specs look good, pretty much the same as a Bushnell or Nikon. I think the differential between a good and bad rangefinder is it's performance in wet conditions. My Nikon doesn't work very well, it seems to default to a reading of 11 yards when it is raining or drizzly whereas the Bushnell models seems to carry on working in poorer conditions. Unfortunately, unless someone has specific detail on this model it is all a bit of guesswork.

Just got one of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/s/?ie=UTF8...argid=kwd-193779303886&ref=pd_sl_3fnf7u62is_e based on some recommendations on here and online reviews. Not all singing but functional for what I need it for at the range and inside 100 yards on the course.

you wont regret it, its brilliant ! truly is

I used a couple times on my round last week.. people were mucking about with their phones on par 3s trying to work out well there is the front edge at 100, back is 130 flag must be about.... then I just go boys flag is 112 enjoy

Homer, I have just ordered this for the range finder

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/191870840552?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

its £11, hard case for the finder with a clip to attach to bag

after a couple rounds with it attaching to the bag is very useful. at the moment I have been using an old shoe lace tied round the belt clip (no used clipping to belt when playing) and then attaching the shoelace to the bag but its not ideal

for £11 I thought why not.. give it a go

At £11 I was thinking that - despite my aversion to range-finder gizmos - I might just buy one - then I realised it was a case

anything over 11 yards is out of range for you anyway isnt it?

joking. I have exactly the same reading on my Nikon. But i maintain it is a lot better at getting the flag in crowded views than any bushnell i've used!

Did this arrive and does the Suoaki fit into it properly?
