Bugger, didn't see this one, we've already sent off for the Greenock open.

Tiger Ill get in touch nearer the time, but we are now up there from the Sunday to the Friday, try and meet up for a game. What else have you booked for that week? I know your at the races on the Thursday.

Its a cracking course, craw just has a few issues with the place.but then he has issues with most things eh...

No, Ranfurly Castle is a course thats 10 times better than Greenock, its just run so badly by people who only have interest in their own self importance. Ranfurly Castle is a beautiful track, that there is no doubting. The condition and quality has just gone down and down and the attitude of the members don't help its cause. Its the most unfriendly course that I've ever been a member of.

Its on its knees financially now as well if rumours are to be believed and when (or if) it does go belly up the party is at my house, all invited.

That bad eh. I do like to play courses that are friendly and see you as a guest, rather than just a "punter".
Looks like I missed a bullet there. I take it Greenock is not fantastic though, I was sold on the views, TBH.

Although the thing that Valentino is running during the Summer has a game at 27/05 - Kingussie - Fee £12 so not sure at the moment. Will see nearer the time.

I take it Greenock is not fantastic though, I was sold on the views, TBH.

Nothing wrong with Greenock, very enjoyable track to play and the views are as good as anywhere (apart from the far end of the course which runs alongside a council estate)
