Rain, Rain & more Rain Forecast!!

Forecast looks ok for tomorrow for where my course is. Its belting it down at the moment though and has been all morning. The course drains very very well so it should (everything crossed) be ok. Got our invitational day tomorrow :)
 
And typical tomorrow has just been cancelled and course closed all day!! Forecast looks ok for tomorrow which makes me even more angry! Its time somebody made an indoor golf course! :)
 
Our course is open still but I think you would have to be mad to go out there unless you were wearing full oil skins and a minors hat, its gone pitch black and god is it coming down now!!!

Water already sitting on some greens so can't see tomorrow happening with any more water added to it.
 
With the name "Fish" would not have thought it would bother you? Long range weather report just been on. More of the same for the next 4/5 weeks! Enjoy.

Just gone on-line and course is officially CLOSED until further inspection 8am Monday.

What is a man to do now?
 
ours is closed today... I assume as a precaution as the drainage is usually very good (right on the coast)
inspection tomorrow...
we have an AM AM on sunday as well!!
 
It's just started absolutely throwing it down now here in North Cornwall. Ment to be playing a mixed pairs comp tomorrow then the second round of our club championship on Sunday. Not playing tomorrow if this doesn't clear through ALOT! Espeacially as I have no way of getting my gear dry in time for Sunday.
 
Anyone close enough whose golf has been cancelled over the weekend is welcome to come to my place Sunday.

The fairways might be a bit damp but the greens will be good and trolleys will be allowed.

We have a 4-ball of forummites at the moment but I can get another tee time no bother.
