R11 owners

R11 owners, I used mine today on the course for the first time and the one thing that really struck me was how heavy the head felt. I could really feel it all the way through the swing. the Titleist 910D2 I had was much lighter in the head. Do you think the head feels heavy?

Don't worry, I've tried the new R13 prototype and it's much lighter

Didn't think it felt heavy at all, nor does the 910.

you must have tried the old model Bob, they gave me the R14 on the course earlier, told me that it has 4D tuning, can alter flight path, just by altering a setting on the top of the shaft/Grip. Once you hit the shot, there is a little joypad at the top of the grip to control the ball midflight, lol

No but it feels like a brick on a stick. For me it beat the titleist hands down.

Don't like the R11 but I can't believe how many people I've seen at the range in the last two weeks wtih one. Sadly the majority still didn't look like they could find the middle of a fairway if it was 150 yards wide. It feels dead off the face for my liking and I'm not a fan of this variable face technology as I'm sure it just masks underlying swing faults and that making the changes only hides or exaggerates these.
