A couple of quick questions that occured to me whilst practicing tonight.
1. if truthful do you hit all 3 footers you hole the same. In holing my alloted 40 3 footers in a row I noticed that with 8 or 9 of them the stroke was different (still effective i suppose)? Does this mean I have a fault to iron out?
2. who drops putts dead weight and who speeds them in ala mickleson to remove any break (3 - 5 feet)?

Mine go in a different speeds, definitely.

I don't worry about it. Some times it's on purpose, others (more likely :o) by accident).
I guess I've hit them unwittingly between 3'1" and 5'0"

(Dave? that's very inconsistent!)

1/ I miss 3 footers on the course because of the added pressure. I'm red hot on the practice area though! If only it was the other way around.

As for your 'fault', if you are holing them on the courses greens too 40/40 times, be happy and work on other areas where you'll see an improvement in your score!

2/ I tend to dead weight them more lately and for doing that I'm missing more. Nice reminder though - I may have to think about ramming them home from close in to score better!

1. I try to hit them the same, but in reality I don't suppose I do.

2. Trickle the downhill ones in and rap the uphill ones.
