I love the sunken footpaths at Newquay.
We were on holiday years ago and we were walking down to Fistral Beach when this red faced member appears and angrily asks if we have just picked up his ball.
I replyed that as I played off 3 and my 12 year daughter played off 8 we knew how to behave on a golf course.

And.....if you are playing a Top Flite it's back there.
He went off in a Hurrrrumph.

Rain, hail, gales all the way round today so well chuffed to grind that score out. Best day of the week forecast for 2morrow. Gales are still there but no rain..........apparently!!

st enodoc is a great course pure links class, imo trevose overrated to wide open and not good holes

Managed to find reverse gear on the most important day.We dropped 3 shots early on and never really looked like clawing them back at any stage.

Great week, as always. Sod the masters, for me the season has now begun.

Looking forward to some Parkland golf now with lush springy fairways and no wind!!!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that. Just don't get Trevose, nowhere near a Top 100 course :thup:
