Need a bit of advice. Mrs put a bit of pork in the slow cooker this morning to cook all day, but realised when she got in this afternoon she only put the cooker on the warm setting. The meat wasnt raw but equally wasnt hot to the touch. If she now pulls it apart and 'blast cooks'it in a pan on the hob will it be safe to eat?

Wife said, "How annoying for your wife"
She said that if it gets up to temperature in the pan and hot, it should be OK. 👍

What temperature is "warm"?
Assuming the pork is cooked through to that temperature, you can check it on the net for safety.
I'd be a bit worried if not, as all you'll have been doing is producing a lovely environment for the nasties to grow in.
