Pop-Up Adverts That Cannot Be Closed!

When browsing on my phone I occasionally get this pop-up advert that you can't close. It has an X, but when you click it all that happens is the X disappears. You have to press back to get out of it which is highly annoying if you were halfway through reading or typing a post (which is always).
