Now the new rules are implemented, If someone plays using all the old rules, how many of new rules could they possibly break and penalised for ??.

Don't know the precise answer, but as a starter, ones that spring to mind...

Dropping in wrong manner
Playing with a ball found after 3 mins.
Playing a ball that rolls out of the relief area (as up to 2CL roll used to be ok)

There is no one answer, but in general the new rules are more permissive (so there are lots of things you couldn't previously do without penalty) so you should be able to play round without any new penalty at all ....unless you break one of the many, many revised procedural rulings.
As I've posted before, there simply isn't a definitive list of changes; start out by playing to the new rules and everything will be OK 🤗

played two old ones yesterday, that were a disadvantage against the new.

Dropped out GUR at shoulder height and it rolled into an old divot, when if i'd dropped from the new height would have meant a perfect lie and 2nd was blocked my tee shot on the beach, and played it as I lie, next to a stone. New rules I could have moved the stone

If not a slly question - how come you disadvantaged yourself by not playing the new rules?
