does anyone know where or if you can adj ping yellow to black and where and how much?

Could the pro do it his self with a loft lie machine? could he adjust lofts on these irons by 1 degree? they are not forged so can it be done?

It's only 2 colour codes apart so shouldn't be an issue.

Contact Ping at Gainsborough and tell them you would like the dot colors adjusting.

You then send them to Ping, they adjust the dot colour, change the clubs official crib sheet and send the clubs back to you. My old boy did this, except he drove to Gainsborough and waited for them to be adjusted. He even got some tokens to use on the Karsten course driving range to try out the adjustments courtesy of Ping.

You just pay the postage, they do the adjustments for free.

One word of warning. Just make sure they haven't been previously adjusted by someone other than Ping. Other wise they won't touch them.

I was looking at this last week......... The ping website says they must be returned through an authorised dealer, not direct (although the tel number and address of the repair department is on that page of the website too...)
There's also a chart detailing how many dots they can be adjusted, depending on model it ranges from 0 to 5 !!!

My dad wouldn't drive from sunny Stoke to Gainsborough on the off chance, believe me.

Notch on the hosel is there to allow adjustment of the cast head.
